This series of virtual parent education sessions covers 4 critical SEL topics:

1. Brain 101 - This is how learning happens and how you can help your kids to get smarter every day.

2. Empathy - Learn how to build "neuro-plasticity", the key characteristic of people who demonstrate high levels of empathy.

3. Habits - Learn how to change bad habits into good ones that get better results.

4. Responsibility - Empower your children to be fully responsible for all of the choices that they make. Give them tools to turn mistakes into powerful learning.

* Participants who attend all 4 sessions will receive a MATCH for the value of $149 for their GEAR UP grant.
